Dean Leffingwell

Co-founder, Chief Methodologist

Recognized as the one of the world’s foremost authorities on Lean-Agile best practices, Dean Leffingwell is an author, entrepreneur, and software development methodologist. His two best-selling books, Agile Software Requirements: Lean Requirements Practices for Teams, Programs, and the Enterprise, and Scaling Software Agility: Best Practices for Large Enterprises, form much of the basis of modern thinking on Lean-Agile practices and principles. Founder of several successful startups, including Requisite, Inc., makers of RequisitePro (acquired by Rational), Mr. Leffingwell also served as Chief Methodologist to Rally Software, and prior to that, as a Sr. Vice President at Rational Software (now part of IBM). He currently serves as Chief Methodologist to Scaled Agile, Inc., which he co-founded in 2011.

Drew Jemilo

Jennifer Fawcett

Jennifer has been providing scaled Agile product management, product ownership, executive portfolio coaching and leadership, and software expertise to technology companies for over 28 years before joining Scaled Agile in late 2012. Jennifer spent several years in Product Management at Rational Software (now IBM-Rational). Jennifer has also spent a large portion of her career as a professional consultant, providing senior level Lean-Agile product management, product marketing, corporate messaging architecture, process expertise, and hands-on web development to a variety of emerging markets.

Michael Stump

Michael Stump is the Managing Director of EMEA and a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer for Scaled Agile, Inc., the exclusive certifying entity for SAFe®, the Scaled Agile Framework®. He is a Lean-Agile Leader and mentor to executives on state-of-the-art SAFe practices in and beyond the software industry. His consulting and management experience enables him to lead, manage, and advise companies through great organizational change. As an advisory board member to technology companies, his specialty is Lean and Agile transitions within highly distributed, multi-cultural enterprises.
Michael is also a passionate helicopter pilot. A Zurich, Switzerland native, he regularly travels the globe and currently lives in New York City.

Joe Vallone

Joe Vallone is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer and has been involved in the Lean and Agile communities since 2002. Mr. Vallone has helped coach several large-scale Agile transitions at Zynga, Apple, Microsoft, VCE, Nokia, AT&T, and American Airlines. Prior to founding Agile Business Connect, Joe Vallone served as an Agile Coach at Ciber, CTO/CIO of We The People, and the VP of Engineering for Telogical Systems. While at Telogical Systems, he led the Agile transformation of the engineering teams, which developed the intelligence gathering and delivery infrastructure. Joe Vallone is an effective leader and speaker with over 20 years of software development and management experience with certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and Certified SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT). Joe Vallone received his engineering undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology from the University of South Florida, in Tampa Florida, and his MBA from the prestigious Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
