Join the Scaled Agile Team

Scaled Agile, Inc., (SAI) is a global training and enablement platform equipping enterprises with the capabilities needed to compete in an era defined by rapid change, digital complexity, and AI-driven work. Through SAFe—the world’s most trusted system for enterprise agility—and a growing portfolio of enterprise AI education and enablement programs, we help organizations make better decisions, accelerate value delivery, and build adaptable, high-performing teams.

Supported by a global partner network of more than 400 companies and a vibrant community of more than 2 million trained professionals, SAI equips leaders and teams with the skills, mental models, and operating systems they need to accelerate transformation, improve flow, and unlock value with confidence. Our newest AI-focused offerings are expanding quickly as leaders seek structured, pragmatic guidance on how to become AI-Native and realize ROI where most AI initiatives stall.

SAI is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. There is no requirement that this person live in Colorado, as we have a virtual team with regular in-person meetings. SAI is a Pledge 1% corporate philanthropy movement member. Through this program, SAI contributes to the local community and seeks to inspire and encourage other companies to do the same.

We are honored to be recognized as BuiltIn’s prestigious 2026 Best Places to Work List.

We Value Every Voice

At Scaled Agile, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) are not just words, but a way of life. DEI&B is integral to our culture and critical to our success, and we hold ourselves accountable by continually assessing our policies, practices, and programs through a DEI&B lens.

Our commitment to DEI&B informs all aspects of our employee experience, from our recruiting and hiring practices to our benefits, training, and advancement opportunities.

Our People Leaders are trained to recognize and address unconscious bias. We actively seek out diverse perspectives and foster a culture of radical candor where all voices are welcomed and heard. We aim to build teams that reflect the diversity of our customers and the world around us.

Every member of our team deserves to experience a workplace where they feel safe, respected, valued, and empowered to be their true selves. By cultivating a workforce that reflects the diversity of our customers and communities, we drive innovation and create better solutions.

How we work

Communication bubbles graphic

Communication

Communication tools aren’t just for memos. Employees share photos of family members (two- and four-legged!), Cat Shirt Tuesday photos, and scenes of hikes and adventures on our internal network.

Onboarding

We are committed to continually improving the process of onboarding “Newbies.” This includes everything from navigating the organization to understanding and practicing the specifics of our methodology—including Agile Basics and the Scaled Agile Framework. We emphasize a team approach to welcoming new team members and ensuring that they feel equipped to quickly contribute. Our goal is for Newbies to learn about our company through a number of sources and to have fun in the process!

Employee Development

We believe in the importance of creating a learning organization, emphasizing knowledge and skills building. Your manager will support your role in this important process by providing guidance on growth paths and development opportunities.

Decision-making

We believe in decentralized decision-making—i.e., pushing down decisions closest to those immediately impacted or who have the greatest understanding. We often place decision-making in the hands of a team—whether it’s about making a new hire or prioritizing work commitments.

Continuous Feedback

Performance feedback isn’t about ratings! We believe that performance discussions shouldn’t be limited to an annual evaluation. Given the dynamic nature of our planning cycles and work, continuous feedback results in relentless improvement. It shifts the focus from an annual, point-in-time assessment to relevant, timely feedback and clarity about expectations.
