Dwayne Stroman

Dwayne is a recovering Software Engineer with over 20 years in the software crafting trenches. Introduced to Agile in 2004, he realized that he had always know there was a better way to deliver solutions than the tried and true Waterfall approach. The following years lead to the discovery of Lean principles, and their relationship to the Agile mindset. He is an author, speaker, and contributor to the Lean/Agile and SAFe community, but his first passion is helping leadership at all levels discover the benefits of Lean Agile Leadership.
While not pursuing the Lean Agile dream, Dwayne can be found riding, racing or instructing on motorcycles.
